Please print out the Hyack Adult Registration form and either the MSABC or the TriBC Registration form, then fill out and bring with payment to your first practice following your Trial week.

Note: There is  a TriBC club membership discount for swimmers in a Hyack TriFit group. Please discuss with your coach.
