ADULT STROKE CAMP - Saturday, April 26th, 2008
We are holding another stroke camp for any interested HYACK TriFit or Masters
swimmers. The focus will be on FREESTYLE SWIMMING. Adult training level coaches from HYACK will be on hand to run the session and offer stroke correction as well as over-water video feedback.
When: 10:45am to 12:30pm
