Day 4
Really good job from our girls in the 200 free relay. The relay finished 5th. That lead to Noemi Soros in 100 back who raced to a BT and 5th. Emily Gerson up next and finished in a close race 3rd. This meet has been very good for our team as second swims have been within sight for all and even a shot at the podium. Swimming at night even with relays only has shown how much faster the night swims can be and the importance of getting through to the final so you can race again.
Day 3
200 Medley relay started the night. Over all it was ok but still we are looking for more fight from the girls. Noemi up next and slight improvement over her morning 100 fly. Right back up again for the 400 free with Noemi whi felt the fly a bit and fell short of her morning swim. Sarah dug in and wouldn't let the girl beside her go and hung on for a sub 5 minute swim. Shortly there after 400 free relay and solid effort from all to fight for their places.
This meet is proving to be a great opportunity to make finals with 10 lanes and the kids are really stepping up at night.

Day 1 & 2
After some solid 800's from the girls (Sarah Leung 7th and Noemi Soros 10th) on thursday night Hyack picked it up with 2 finals swims from the morning heats on Friday. Both Noemi and Emily Gerson swam to personal bests in 200 back and came in 4th and 3rd respectively. The night finished with the 800 free relay coming in 7th. Emily, Sarah, Noemi, and Joanna Leung swam with three of the girls bette ting their morning individual 200's.
