The Dinos Mens Team continue to build from the bottom up with talented young athletes. The latest addition to the Mens Team will have an impact the day he walks out onto the pool deck to begin his varsity career. Andre Kudaba from the HYACK Swim Club in the Coquitlam Tri-cities / New Westminster area finished the short course season ranked #1 in Canada in the 15-17 200 butterfly event and 3rd in Canada in the 100 fly. Andre represented Canada this year participating on the Canadian Junior Team that traveled to Europe.
Andre comes to the program that has produced the last two Canadian Records in the 200 fly and he fills a hole on the varsity team making the Dinos Mens Team very, very strong. Kudaba will be surrounded by some of Canada's top up and coming athletes preparing for their turn to represent Canada at the 2012 Olympic Games. Congratulations to coach Mark Bottrill of Hyack for a great job in developing Andre and consistently producing some of Canada's top age group swimmers. The University of Calgary welcomes Andre to the Dinos' Family!
