Michael Cai, 17, has broken the 100m Breaststroke BC Provincial Record at the World Youth Champs in Mexico. Cai's time of 1:02.95 erases Olympian Matt Huang from the top of the 17&u Boys all time ranking, and also places Cai 4th going into tomorrow nights' final. Cai is now less that 1/2 second from the Canadian National mark set by another former Olympian Morgan Knabe.
