Some very good swims at today’s heats, with all swimmers coming away with good times.
Vanessa Hanbury went 27.88 to finish second in her heat in the 50 Fr and also 9:15.31 for a nice 800 swim. Shannon Garrett went 9:07 for her 800 finishing second in her heat. Andre Kudaba went a best time in the 200 IM at 2:11 and Michael Cai is going into the B final in 200 IM and will go into the A final in the 200 Breast in 5th spot.
