OW Black Program

Overview:

Olympic Way Black is the fourth level of programming our swim club. Here swimmers are able to swim the three of the four competitive swim strokes well for short distances, progressing to longer distances. The main focus in this level is improving athlete's ability to swim the four competitive strokes as well as advance their fitness level. These swimmers also continue to refine the competitive starts and turns for each of the four strokes. The concept of training is advanced upon from the concepts taught at the OW White level.

Our objective for the swimmers in this group is to continue the FUN aspect in every practice session started at the grassroots level. We also advance each swimmer's stroke technique, swimming speed, and overall fitness.
