OW Orange Program

Overview:
Olympic Way Orange is similar programming to OW Black.  However the group is for 11 & over swimmers and therefore the method of skill teaching, dryland and other activities is reflective of this age. The concept of training is advanced upon from the concepts taught at the OW White or Grassroots 2 level.  This is also the group for the newer swimmer to the club who is in this age bracket.

Our objective for the swimmers in this group is to continue the FUN aspect in every practice session started at the grassroots level. We also advance each swimmer's stroke technique, swimming speed, and overall fitness.
