ORDERING PROCEDURES
1. See your coach if you have any questions about your specific needs, especially if purchasing elsewhere on your own. Note that only official Hyack Team Gear may be purchased and worn, ie. no ‘custom-made’ items.
2. Determine which items you need and fill out the order form. Be sure to include the specific item description (ie. “Economy Fins”), the size, and your contact info. Expect most contact from me to be through email.
3. Submit the order form and payment for the total to your coach, directly to Neil, drop in one of the Hyack mailboxes at CGP or CCAC (For the mailboxes, cheques only in a clearly marked envelope, NO CASH). NOTE THAT ALL EQUIPMENT AND TEAM GEAR MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE OF DELIVERY.
4. Your order will be processed asap. Expect most items to be available between 1 – 2 weeks after the order to your pool and coach. If possible, they will be delivered sooner. Please note that, although all efforts will be made to deliver your order quickly, some items may take longer if we run out of stock.
5. Please only contact Neil with any inquiries regarding the status of your order, not your coach. They will only be able to help you with choosing sizes, styles, etc.
6. You may make multiple orders throughout the season as your equipment needs require.
7. Any Hyack swimmer may order any available Team Gear.
8. All prices include taxes and delivery charges.
9. There may be other items available throughout the year that are not on the list below. Please check your emails, the bulletin board, etc., for updates.
10. New for this year: Female Team Suits have a different sizing format. All Youth suits are sized as follows: 8-10-12 which parallel the “old” 22-24-26. All Adult suits are sized starting from 26 and up. The Adult suits are shaped a bit different from the Youth of a ‘similar’ size in order to fit a teenage swimmer better.
Swimmers must have appropriate equipment to be eligible for the group they are in as well as to be eligible for competition. LOOK LIKE A CHAMPION TEAM, ACT LIKE A CHAMPION TEAM!
