“TEAM AND PIZZA” PARTY!!!

TIME: 4:30pm – 7:30pm
(6:00pm – Team Meeting and PIZZA!!!)

THINGS TO BRING:
                    - A snack to share with everyone:
                    - Appetizers: Chicken wings, salad, veggie dips, nachos, etc.
                    - Desserts: cake, tarts, ice cream, fruit, etc.
                    - Sunscreen

With our Swim-A-Thon raising over $13,000 dollars this year, we are happy to announce
that we will be having our annual Pizza Party at Buntzen Lake. All Hyack families are welcome to come.

Hyack Picture days are back! This year we are doing a GROUP picture at each pool. All swimmers are required to be there (even if you don’t have workout this day please come so we can get a great BIG group shot of everyone). Of course, we are still going to offer individual shots as well. Please ensure you read the times we require you to be there for the GROUP shot which will occur over at the Centennial Community Center either indoors our outdoors, weather dependant. All swimmers should be in their top team gear!!!!!

ORDERING AND PAYMENT:
Please bring the white envelope with a cheque made out to: EXCALIBUR PHOTGRAPHY (not Hyack). Be sure to have filled in all required ordering info on the envelope.

CGP Hyack Picture Day - Friday, May 30

Group Picture Information:

DATE: Friday May 30

TIME: All CGP swimmers to meet up at 4:15. It will take a bit to organize well over 100 swimmers!

PLACE: Centennial Community Center (across from the pool)

Individual Picture Information:

TIME: We will go by swimming groups after the big GROUP picture. We anticipate 5:00-6:00p.m. for individual pictures.

PLACE: At CGP in the deep end of the pool.
