Masters Swim Training
2010-11 Season:
Overview: The Hyack Swim Club offers masters swim training programs at 2 locations, Coquitlam and Burnaby, and all swimmers are registered members of Masters Swimming Association of BC. The training is based on skill development and endurance for all 4 competitive strokes.
There are a variety of levels of swimmers ranging from serious competitive swimmers to others who are just learning and developing their strokes. Many of our swimmers compete for Hyack at MSABC Swimmeets, others are at practices for fitness and fun! There are 2 main groups of Hyack Masters as listed below. Please contact the appropriate person for more info on registering, scheduling, fees, etc.
Hyack Masters - Burnaby
Pool: Bonsor Recreation Complex, 6550 Bonsor Ave.
Schedule: MON/WED/FRI from 9:00pm to 10:00pm
Season: Starting week of September 9, 2010 to end of May 2011

Cost: $60/month in 3 or 4 month lump sum payments + Annual Registration
Pool: Central Park Pool, 6110 Boundary Road, Burnaby.
Schedule: MON/WED/FRI from 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Pool: City Centre Aquatic Complex - 1210 Pinetree WaySchedule: MON/WED/FRI from 7:45 to 8:45 pm
Season: Starting Monday, September 14 2010 at Eagle Ridge Pool from 6:30-7:30pm.
Will move to CCAC when it opens, tentatively late September to the end of June 2011.
