Practice changes: *Important Notice*
July 1, 2025: Training for all groups is cancelled due to the Canada Day Holiday
The new HSA starts on October 13, 2025. The registration date will be announced on the Hyack and City of Coquitlam websites. Online registration! Swimmer age is as of the first day of registration.
In the Stage 2 and 3 groups the swimming is in deep water and the instructor does not go in the water. For registration details and course offerings, please see the City of Coquitlam’s website or call 604-927-4386.
