Hyack New Season Registration Information

Hyack New Season Registration Information:

Interested swimmers wanting to join Hyack will need to book an assessment time.

New registrations this coming season (2020-21) are open to those swimmers who were born on or after September 1, 2010.  

Date: Saturday, September 26, 2020

Location: CCAC - City Centre Aquatic Complex - 1210 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam

Time:10 minute intervals starting at 12:00 pm (noon) - till 1:00 pm

Please line up outside the deep end doors by the parking lot. A coach will greet you and let you in for the assessment.  

We have limited time, please ensure your swimmer is water ready, cap/goggles ready to go.

Our Club practices run in :

- New Westminster (Canada Games Pool - CGP) - 65 East 6th Avenue, New Westminster

- Coquitlam (City Centre Aquatic Complex - CCAC) - 1210 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam

- Eagle Ridge Outdoor Pool - 2689 Guildford Way, Coquitlam

Hyack criteria:

able to swim without support and stopping (any stroke such as fly, back, breast or free) at least 25 m  

We do assessments if you are at least 7 years old and above and at least swim levels 7-8 and above.

Hyack coaches will evaluate each swimmer's skill level and recommend which of our programs to register in and discuss other details once a group placement is offered. (fees, group-option etc).
